WebApr 30, 2012 · Take a straight edge and clamp it to the top of the plywood sheet about 1/32" short of the edge. You can use clamps or double side tape. Shave the plywood edge with a router removing about 1/32". You will have a perfect edge with no tear out and not rounded over. Sanding is a no no. A good blade is not needed but makes the job easier.
