WebNotley needs to define her policies vis-a-vis the oil industry. She can't fence sit as vagueness leads undecided voters to question her motives. She'll never be elected if there is a whiff of opposition to oil. She doesn't need to articulate UCP style giveaways but she needs to provide stability and predictability.
